Purchase conditions

The buyer confirms with his order that he accepts our terms of sale. Pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods. In the event that we cannot guarantee the delivery of the goods, we can withdraw from the order. We inform the customer about this by e-mail or by phone.

Orders

In our Avtodeli HERKULES online store, you can shop comfortably and risk-free. All products are presented with basic data, pictures and description. If you want additional information or need advice, you can contact us every day by e-mail: info@herkules.si. You can also inform us of your wishes for items that you cannot find in the store. Just fill in the information about the vehicle to which the article refers (vehicle type, year of manufacture, type, cc and engine power) and we will be happy to help you make the right choice.

Withdrawal from the order

According to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act ZVPot-UPB2, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract or order. You can cancel or cancel the order of goods at any time before taking it over, without incurring any costs. For the goods received, the consumer has the right to inform the company (at the contact e-mail address info@herkules.si) within 15 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). We do not accept later returns! The goods must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. The original invoice must be attached to the rejected goods. Goods are returned exclusively as a regular package, we do not accept redemption packages! Refunds will be made no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods.

Complaint/Warranty

Herkules d.o.o. guarantees flawless operation of spare parts and accessories during the warranty period of 12 months, and for exhaust pots and pipes during the warranty period of 18 months, if the parts are professionally installed. Herkules d.o.o. undertakes that, if the article does not function flawlessly under normal use, at the buyer's request, if it is submitted within the warranty period, he will repair it at his own expense within 45 days or, if this is not possible, hand over the product to the buyer, which will work flawlessly. The warranty begins on the day the item is handed over to the buyer, as evidenced by the original invoice. Herkules d.o.o. does not guarantee if the article was tampered with by an unauthorized person, if the article was installed unprofessionally and incorrectly, if the buyer handled the article unprofessionally and negligently. The warranty also does not cover defects or breakages caused during transport after delivery, defects due to improper assembly or maintenance, mechanical defects caused by the user, defects caused by overvoltage of the electric current, force majeure, battery drain, etc. The guarantee is taken into account upon submission of the original invoice and the complaint record from an authorized person-auto mechanic, which shows that the part was professionally installed and on which the defect is described.

Information about prices and VAT

All prices from the product range are according to the price list of the Herkules Online Store, valid until 31 December 2021. All listed prices are expressed in EUR with 22% VAT included. Prices are guaranteed on the day of the order.

Payments:

You can pay in the Avtodeli HERKULES online store in the following ways:

  • by direct transfer to our transaction account no. SI56 6100 0002 2866 157 at DH d.d. (according to the estimate),
  • by cash on delivery or
  • in cash upon receipt of the goods at the company headquarters

Dispute resolution:

Potential disputes between the parties, which are in any way related to electronic commerce, are resolved amicably, otherwise the parties agree that the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
