Document storage/Archive

For all orders, we will send you an order confirmation by email. You will receive the invoice together with the delivery of the shipment. All documents (purchase records, orders, invoices, complaints) are kept at the headquarters of HERKULES d.o.o., Pusti Javor 8, 1296 Šentvid pri Stični. The registered customer can at any time request copies of the documents that we send to him by e-mail or regular mail.

All registered customers can view their contact information and purchase history in the MY ACCOUNT folder of the online store.
